These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Willison website at willisonhq.com (the "Site"), operated by Willison HQ LLC ("Willison," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you become a paying client of Willison's AI receptionist service, a separate Service Agreement will govern that relationship. These Terms apply to website use only.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

The Site provides information about Willison's AI receptionist services for local service businesses, including marketing content, blog posts, a missed-call revenue calculator, and the ability to book discovery calls. Use of the Site does not create a client relationship; that begins only upon signing a separate services agreement.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit any other person's use of the Site. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks
• Use any automated system, robot, or scraping tool to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without express written permission
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the Willison brand, the missed-call calculator, blog content, and underlying code, are owned by Willison HQ LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any of the material on the Site without prior written consent from Willison HQ LLC, except that you may share links to specific pages for non-commercial purposes.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as research sources, government data, or scheduling tools) that are not owned or controlled by Willison. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content provided on it are offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Willison HQ LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, the missed-call calculator and any revenue, cost, or ROI projections on the Site are illustrative estimates only based on industry data. They are not financial advice and should not be relied upon as guarantees of business outcomes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Stark County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
